For patients from Moscow and other regions
The center is in Khimki, in the Skhodnya district. Most patients travel in from Moscow, from other regions and from abroad — so the course is built around the journey.
If you are from Moscow
Skhodnya is the near suburbs of Moscow along the Leningradskoye direction, to the north-west. By car the route runs along Leningradskoye highway or the M-11 toll road; by train, from Leningradsky terminal and MCD-3 stops to Skhodnya station.
For Muscovites that usually means about an hour each way instead of a trip across the whole city — and free parking at the door instead of hunting for a space downtown.
The journey is shortest from the northern and north-western districts: Khimki, Kurkino, Mitino, Tushino, Levoberezhny and Zelenograd.

If you are from another city
- 1
Documents first, tickets second
Send your medical records, histology results and imaging reports to the center by email before you plan the trip. The doctor will look at whether an in-person consultation makes sense in your case — that is more honest than inviting everyone.
- 2
One trip, as much as possible
The coordinator puts the consultation, any missing tests and, if a course is indicated, the first procedure into a single visit, so that one trip does the work of two.
- 3
A course schedule built around travel
The doctor chooses the intervals between procedures taking into account how far you travel. Contact with the doctor continues between visits — monitoring does not stop while you are at home.
- 4
Where to stay
The procedures are outpatient, so no hospital stay is needed. Khimki and Skhodnya have hotels within walking distance and a short ride away; the coordinator can suggest options near the clinic.
If you are coming from abroad
The nearest airport is Sheremetyevo, about half an hour by taxi from the clinic. That is one reason patients from other countries choose the north-west of the Moscow region rather than clinics in the city centre.
The center's website works in eight languages, and consultations are possible in more than Russian. State your language when you first get in touch — the coordinator will arrange the format and, if needed, an interpreter.
Send documents in their original language as they are: for an initial assessment of the diagnosis a translation is usually not required, and if it is, the coordinator will say exactly what needs translating.
