Licences
The center operates under the medical licences of LLC Center for Rehabilitation and Prevention. Below are the details in text and the scans of all eight sheets.
What these documents are
A medical licence is a permit that a public health authority issues to a specific legal entity for specific types of work at specific addresses. Without it a medical organisation cannot operate in Russia, and any patient is entitled to check it.
The center holds two licences. The main one is LO-77-01-007154 of 28 November 2013, issued by the Moscow City Health Department. The second is LO-86-01-002774 of 23 June 2017, issued by the Healthcare Supervision Service of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra.
Each licence comes with annexes: they list the addresses where the activity is carried out and the specific types of medical care. Among them are laboratory diagnostics, general medicine, allergology and immunology.
Both documents name the same licence holder: LLC Center for Rehabilitation and Prevention, OGRN 1027739460011, INN 7726286472.

How to verify a licence
Active medical licences are recorded by Roszdravnadzor, the federal healthcare supervision service: in its open register an organisation can be found by its INN or OGRN and the number, date and list of permitted work can be checked. If anything in the documents raises a question, ask the coordinator and you will get a straight answer.
