Treatment of oncological diseases

Active immunotherapy aimed at breaking immune tolerance to tumour-associated antigens. Xenogeneic differentiation antigens are structurally different from their human counterparts, which is why the immune system recognizes them better. Work by the centre's scientific director shows that such antigens trigger antitumour reactions at both early and late stages of disease.

It has been shown that immunotherapy using xenogeneic antigens can be effective in treating melanoma, kidney cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, central nervous system tumors, breast, stomach, and lung cancer, as well as other tumor diseases.

Treatment of autoimmune diseases

T-cell immunotherapy aims to stimulate immune reactions selectively directed at inactivating pathogenic autoimmune T-lymphocytes. The clinical efficacy of lymphocytic vaccination has been demonstrated in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.

The modified lymphocytic vaccination technology can be effectively used in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis, autoimmune vasculitis, and other autoimmune diseases with an unclear autoantigenic etiology.

Allergies and MSK diseases

The therapy is successfully applied in the treatment of allergic polyantigenic diseases (pollinosis, rhinitis, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, angioedema, bronchial asthma).

It is also actively used against spinal diseases, soft tissue pathologies, articular cartilage degeneration, sprains, injuries of joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments, osteoarthritis, arthritis, and peripheral neuropathies.

Treatment of chronic infections

Based on the administration of activated immunocompetent cells directly into the focus of chronic inflammation. This technology shows high efficacy in the treatment of chronic cystitis and sinusitis that have proven resistant to the classic action of antibiotics.
