How to get here

Skhodnya is a district of Khimki north-west of Moscow. You can come by car or by suburban train; the trip from central Moscow takes about an hour.

  • By car from Moscow

Take Leningradskoye highway or the M-11 toll road towards Zelenograd, then turn off to Skhodnya. Patients have access to free gated parking — tell the coordinator your plate number when booking so you can be let in.

  • By suburban train

The nearest railway station is Skhodnya on the Leningradskoye line. Trains depart from Leningradsky railway terminal and from MCD-3 stops. From the station the clinic is a few minutes by taxi or local bus.

  • From Sheremetyevo airport

Sheremetyevo is the closest airport, about half an hour by taxi. This is the convenient option for patients who fly in for a consultation from other regions and countries.

  • From other cities

If you are travelling a long way, documents first, tickets second: send your medical records in advance so the doctor can assess the situation before you arrive. The page for patients from Moscow and other regions explains how this works.

What to bring to the first appointment

The more complete your documents, the more substantive the conversation. If something is missing, come with what you have — part of the work-up can be done after the consultation.

  • Medical records and opinions from your treating doctors
  • Histology and immunohistochemistry results
  • CT, MRI or PET-CT discs or images with written reports
  • Recent blood tests, including biochemistry
  • A list of the medicines you are currently taking
  • Your ID document — it is needed for the contract and tax-deduction paperwork
